Michele Hart

Michele really enjoys teaching classes and personal training. She strongly believes that through personal training you can make serious life changes for yourself and your clients, allowing them to get the best they can out of life.

How did you get into the fitness industry?
I was an athlete from the age of nine and have stayed in the fitness world ever since – I think I was born with fitness is in my blood!

What are your main areas of interest in fitness?
The more I lecture on courses the more I’m loving it. It’s great to see people develop and progress on their fitness paths/careers.

What’s your personal mission statement?
Take action today, without action there are no results!

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you like stranded with you?

  1. An everlasting bottle of Evian water
  2. A good book incorporating anything to do with self development, spiritual and fitness concepts
  3. My iPod with thousands of songs, albums and movies

Any hidden talents?
I’m still searching for them!
