- covers the principals of sports nutrition. Eating for training lifts a sports person to the stage from which they want to perform
- gives you a greater understanding of how to fuel training, particularly both endurance and strength training
- will help you work with clients who want to ensure that they are fit to train and injury free

- individuals who are 18 years+ who are looking to enhance their qualifications
- fitness instructors or supervisors 18 years+
- individuals who are working as personal trainers or wishing to train to become a personal trainer
What Qualifications are needed?
- Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing
- an understanding of basic nutrition for health
