What is the course about?
Core stabilisation, postural assessment and flexibility are a major contributor to the rehabilitation and prevention of lower back pain, improved posture and kinaesthetics. It is vital that instructors understand the principles and practical application on which these exercises are based and are able to integrate and develop these in their programming. In this module you will develop specificknowledge and skills to help you address the needs of individuals with low risk medical conditions.

- Integrated resistance exercises

- Common postural and kinetic chain dysfunctions
- Corrective exercise protocols

Case study development of two programmes including functional exercise and observed assessment of teaching session
