Pilates For Pregnancy
Introduction
Pilates for Pregnancy is a “must do” module for all Pilates instructors who teach women.
Using the Pilates method you will explore the optimum programming during each stage of pregnancy so that you can accommodate pregnant ladies within your sessions or go on to run specialist courses.
It is suitable for all with a Pilates qualification, whether level 2 or 3, as well as those looking for ideas and safe exercises for existing gym and group sessions. This module also acts as the perfect grounding for those who wish to specialise in this rewarding area.
This module has been developed by a midwife and Pilates instructor to give you the most relevant information. All attendees will receive a discount off the CYQ Award In Instructing Physical Activity For Ante/Post Natal Exercise.
