WHAT IS THE COURSE ABOUT?
This course aims to teach the instructor how to utilise different methods of resistance training in order to achieve participants’ goals. It gives the instructor the knowledge of a wide variety of methods of resistance training to give more options for adapting or changing training variables.

HOW IS IT ASSESSED?
Direct observation of two different training systems and stretches.
12-week periodised programme.
