Advanced Programming and Sports Conditioning
A course that provides underpinning knowledge to analyse a sporting action and prepare specific drills and programmes for an athlete. It will give the ability to plan a variety of progressive sports specific training sessions appropriate to the needs of an athlete.
What is the course about?
Power training is an excellent form of conditioning and used by elite athletes of all genres to gain a competitive edge. Through a series of lectures and workshops you will learn how to programme your client from a beginner to power training routines which will maintain interest, ensure progression and aid client retention.
