- Anatomical knowledge to include the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle complex, the deep stabilising core muscles and the superficial mobilising core muscles
- Practical exercises that are multi-plane and functional
- The kinetic chain, its function and dysfunctions
- PNF stretch techniques to include nerve and muscle stretching
