NORDIC WALKING – FELICIA’S SUCCESS STORY

Drummond Education has teamed up with Nordic Walking UK to develop the most comprehensive instructor course yet. Nordic walking is becoming so popular, PTs are now launching lucrative group programmes to attract those who don’t respond to traditional ‘exercise’ advertising. 

“In the first month of promoting my business I have almost paid for my training and my instructor pole pack”, says newly-qualified instructor Felicia Shiengold.

After placing an ad in a local paper that generated over 40 leads, Felicia offered free taster sessions and has since signed people up for her technique courses and small group training sessions. This is in addition to the 25 other potential clients who are awaiting further dates. She has been astounded by response from the community.

Felicia is now looking for extra instructors, has been approached by the local sports college and has seen her new walking clients embracing other forms of exercise offered in her studio.
