The B.E.A.M. method introduces a more holistic approach to working out by Balancing Experiences with Activity to Motivate life change.
This revolutionary new activity-based lifestyle programme is designed to integrate physical and emotional balance, activating a shift in attitude and awareness, and is performed on a specially designed, pliable, low grounded beam.
The Beaming programme goes beyond total body training, it is a physically challenging, totally invigorating, core based activity that can be experienced by everyone. This elevated, barefoot training method engages the entire body throughout the workout.

What Is The Course About?
- Elevated barefoot training that harmonises familiar fitness movements with the philosophies associated with fusion training and mind-body disciplines
How Long Does It Last?
- One day workshop and practical assessment
Who Is The Course Suitable For?
- Individuals 16 years and over
- Those working as GroupEx, Pilates, yoga, children’s instructors, gym instructors, personal trainers, physiotherapists and sports coaches
What Qualifications Are Needed?
- Fitness Instructing – Gym-Based Exercise, Fitness Instructing – Exercise To Music or any other qualification that includes movement and exercise
What Will Be Studied?
- Elevated barefoot and somatosensory training
- Integration of balance, precision, stability, strength, endurance and flexibility exercises
- The science of Beaming
- The Beaming programming method
- The Beaming foundational movement sequences, postures and exercises
- Progression and balance challenges
How Is It Assessed?
- Direct observation of teaching skills
Are There Any Books Or Special Equipment That Need To Be Purchased?
- No, all course materials will be provided
What Can The Module Lead To?
- The ability to teach Beamfit classes or use Beaming in your gym and personal training sessions
- Progression onto specific Beamfit training in Beam-Lates, Balanced Strength, Kettle Beaming, Beam PT and many more
