Award in Instructing Pre/Post Natal Exercise
This course is a must for all those who have women in their classes or as clients.You will learn to plan and teach safe and effective antenatal and postnatal studio or gym sessions, identify the physiological and anatomical changes of pregnancy in the body and how this relates to the studio or gym environments and identify cases when exercise and activity are not recommended.

All course materials will be provided. For the assessment day, it may be necessary to bring a friend to practise your programme delivery on.
